Loves to help others, including people with a disability, youth and family with a disability. A director for more than 10 years, Vaughan is our Handyman from Maintenance to Board Member.

Extensive and eclectic experience, working in creative, person centred or leadership roles, in various fields. Experience in Nursing, Local, State and National Partnership Projects, Marketing, Training Delivery and Design, Community and Business Development, Social Enterprise, NDIS Planner, plus Lived experience. A passion for family, culture, collaboration, collective and social impact, dedicated to building a values-based culture, while empowering our team to exceed our clients expectations.
Derek
Payroll Manager (Corporate Services)
Derek is a natural leader, with strong business experience. He organises emergency rosters and payroll, working with our EPlatform and staff on a daily basis. He is passionate about customer service and building efficiencies into the business. He completed a Diploma in Business and Hospitality and Retail Management, along with construction and real estate certificates. He works closely with the Property and Finance Manager, as well as with all other Managers to ensure productive outcomes.
